If you're seeing this, first and foremost, Thanks for stopping by!  Otter Divers has been a concept idea for the past two years and is currently trying to further develop and expand into a fully functional IDC shop one day.  Only adding to this current challenge is we're trying to accomplish this task in not one but two states.  At the current time we are only offering private sessions in the Raleigh-Durham area of NC. However, our local instructor,  is capable of teaching all certifications up to and including assistant Instructor, independently.
